UPJ Students Bought Trophies at the DKI Jakarta Series 9 Taekwondo Championship
Three outstanding students from Universitas Pembangunan Jaya’s (UPJ) Informatics Study Program—Aldiman Chandra, Daniswara Apriliano, and Adrianus—have brought immense pride to their campus by securing 1st place in the DKI Jakarta Taekwondo League Series 9 Championship at GOR Ciracas, East Jakarta.
Their remarkable achievement was complemented by the success of Acce Venio Hasugian from the Information Systems Study Program and Layla Cecilia Bonita from the Psychology Study Program, who also made UPJ proud by winning 2nd place in their respective competition categories.
This victory is a testament to UPJ students' ability to balance academic excellence with extracurricular achievements. Amidst their rigorous studies, these athletes dedicate themselves to consistent training, demonstrating remarkable discipline and commitment to martial arts.

Adrianus added, > “We want to prove that students can thrive in multiple fields. Winning this championship is not only an achievement but also a responsibility and a source of pride for us.”
