MOU signing between UPJ and 3 renowned Chinese Universities

Universitas Pembangunan Jaya ( UPJ ) signed MOUs with 3 renowned Chinese universities as the implementation of its strategic planning to become a world class university. These universities are:

1. Southwest Jiatong University ( Top 10 university in China )

2. Southwest University of Science and Technology

3. Sichuan College of Architectural Technology

The signing ceremony between UPJ and the 3 Chinese universities was held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 during the Charming Sichuan Education Expo & Seminar. On top of the MOU signing, UPJ also proposed several programs which can be beneficial for both parties. One of the proposed programs is an exchange student program where UPJ students can study at Southwest Jiatong University for 1-2 semeter. "We are working toward getting more competitive living cost for our students with the help of our partner universities" explained UPJ Rector,  Leenawaty Limantara, M.Sc., Ph.D.
